Training Notes
I had more planned from the Sheiko routine, but because I'm doing both morning and evening training sessions as one, sometimes things get confusing. I left deadlift to Incline Press, only to find it was busy, waited, then returned to deadlift. I then found my hands were made of paper and had to get straps to finish my pulls. The gym was somehow getting more packed, so I had no proper space to do lunges.
