Training Notes
Ok, had a serious discussion before training, so my mindset was zilch. I proceeded to warmup without any focus, and pulled something in my front/side left hip on my first heavy squat. After this, focus returns, I make the squats, and I make a few deadlifts. On friday, I will change deadlifts to 190 kg.
