Training Notes
It seems the gym is getting more busy as classes have ended. It's
driving me nuts. I feel like everything goes so damn slow that I could
sleep in between my sets. The noise. arg. The looks. Arg. The 'music'.
ARG.
If it was removed painlessly, I would give up my left nut to just train
in peace. No bullshit music, no irritating people, no silly shit. Just
give me an empty 2-car garage, and a sizable budget (several thousand
dollars) (power rack, a few bars, plates, bench, chalk, sled or prowler
or weighted vest) and leave me be.
