Notes
After all that I left out the cable crunches I planned :/ anyway, solid
training, took video of a set each of the bent-over row & front
squat to evaluate form. Also took the time to try out making a full plan
for the training session down to ever set, not just top sets and work
sets. I had it down to checkboxes for every planned set, it worked
nicely.
