Training Update

Thanks to everyone for your support. I have been considering where to take my training following the terrible session I had on Saturday. There will be some alterations in my training, namely:
  • Lowering of squat weight
  • More work on my hip and lower back health
  • I considered some alterations to Pump Phase, but for now, I'm leaving that as Hepburn expressed.
