Notes: My gym has changed to a new building. It sucks, since now the lifting area is in the same room as the fitness classes. Also, the lifting area is smaller, has less equipment and is very cramped. Losing the ability to play my own music on speakers at the gym really blows as well, since I'm now dependent on having working headphones.

Side-note: I'm slightly concerned with how much of my time is spent... 'blocking out' the rest of the world with headphones.
