Ok day, I tried some pullups and found myself doing them higher than ever before. I feel it's safe to say my body needs a completely different approach on pressing and benching right now. When September comes around, I'm thinking of increasing the volume of my pressing to twice a week, but first a month of bodybuilding style moderate rep pressing & form work.

Ok, had a serious discussion before training, so my mindset was zilch. I proceeded to warmup without any focus, and pulled something in my front/side left hip on my first heavy squat. After this, focus returns, I make the squats, and I make a few deadlifts. On friday, I will change deadlifts to 190 kg.

As can be seen by recent posts, I've started posting daily reading and video posts. I feel as I clear out the hundreds of links I've saved up over years, and happen upon new videos and articles, it would be nice to keep some sort of track record. This will be daily posts, though  some I may not have fully read. I will also post new things I read as they come out, as I'm trying to stay up to date while reading the older stuff.
