Training Notes
Ok day, I tried some pullups and found myself doing them higher than ever before. I feel it's safe to say my body needs a completely different approach on pressing and benching right now. When September comes around, I'm thinking of increasing the volume of my pressing to twice a week, but first a month of bodybuilding style moderate rep pressing & form work.
