As can be seen by recent posts, I've started posting daily reading and video posts. I feel as I clear out the hundreds of links I've saved up over years, and happen upon new videos and articles, it would be nice to keep some sort of track record. This will be daily posts, though some I may not have fully read. I will also post new things I read as they come out, as I'm trying to stay up to date while reading the older stuff. These links will mostly stay within the areas of lifting, coaching, nutrition, and the pro-men's movement.
