I have been having some issues with my left knee lately, some odd pains mostly and it would both me when I tried to do leg curls. I did some PVC rolling earlier, on my normal spots (that I had been neglecting), lower back and hip flexors, and added some around the back of that knee. My leg work went perfectly today.
