Close Grip Bench Press

Deadlift
Warmup: 175x5,225x5,245x5

405x1 <- just before lockout my left hand slipped. I knew I could've made it if I had set up that hand's grip better.
Dumbbell Rows
100x2 for 10 sets, each side.
Low Rows
(Cable machine, to avoid confusion)
2x140x6 (different attachment than last time)

Will be back at home for saturday and part of sunday, so I won't have a chance to do deadlifts. Combined Bench and Deadlift day. Planning on switching to a different program with my training partner.
