Training Notes
Great session. I went in planning to 'go easy' and ended up getting into the mood for deadlift PRs. 405 was easy, 435 was still easy, 455 I surprised myself, and 465 felt like a mildly tough effort. Kept on going, got a klokov press PR. Definitely an "Alpha Day".
