Workout Notes
Good workout, the end was a little rushed. We finished in time to get home and pick up our package from EliteFTS!
We got:
a pair of Pro Light Bands, a pair of Pro Mini Bands, 4 small containers of liquid chalk, 2 posters and 2 towels.
