Ab Wheel *Switched with Hanging Leg Raise, they don't allow you to use the Ab Wheel without a trainer :/
2xBWx10 hard way
BWx10 easy way
Conditioning
10 mins cardio with extra thermal shirt on. I suck time wise, so I might as well try something new before it gets boring
