275x2 <-weird tweak in my lower left back/ hip
365xF <-got half-way and grip was slippery. The gyms bars are quite worn down.
Dimel Deadlifts <-slippery bars made these hell to get even 5 reps.
Decent session, simply prep for week one of our new program. I have to say that the poor grip on the gym bars affected me on all deadlifting today. Felt my lower back tweak a little during deadlift warmup, kept going, the nuisance dulled soon after.
