Workout Notes
Good session. I helped a friend starting training with learning basic compounds as well as gym etiquette and foam rolling. Training began, hit everything in 'auto-pilot mode'. Pleased and wanted to add in a 4 plate deadlift. I'm really finding that good mornings aren't very compatible the way I'm performing them. I believe I need to go for a lower bar position with higher reps.
