6x255x2 tried low bar on 1st 2 sets, couldn't really get to feel the difference, odd pain in left lower side(above hip) was preoccupying my senses. Damn floating pains.
Curls with 35lb dumbbells.
Why and how am I so pathetic sometimes?
Also HERC mentioned I probably have excessive lordosis, which is affecting my deadlift.
