Squat to Press/Jump Squat
Hanging Leg Raises/Ab Wheel Rollouts
Good session. I don't have straps, so I could only go so heavy on shrugs, and my absence in ab work showed when my inner abs started to seize up. The superset of squat to press and jump squats was tons of fun, I will definitely want to do that again.
