Training Notes
Great session!
I don't normally mark PR/PBs, since I consider most to be superficial and overrated. Nevertheless, setting up the rack on the next peg down (#manlet) was what I needed to properly get into low bar position for Good Mornings. Clearly an 'Alpha Day' for those, I managed a surprising 315 double. The first rep apparently looked fine, though it felt poor. Second rep went smoothly, though there was some grinding involved in both.
