Bench Press <-groove issues, though primarily because I have been working on a different form recently, trying to bring my tricep involvement up and keep my elbows in order
95x6, 135x3, 185x2
Wide Grip Bench Press
Close Grip Bench Press
Deadlift <-deadlifting was just off today.
Barbell Row <-the sets of 315 were more a combo of power shrug and row than what I'd call a barbell row
Cleans - 135x2x10 for Cardio
