Concentric Anderson Squats
Good session. Got to the gym late, so I left out my rows and dips.
Since I'm not a creative person, I'm going to come up with 4 standard names for the 4 training sessions I have per week, and call them that from now on. Thus, this is "Travel Light, Lift Heavy #1".
